Equinix, a global leader in digital infrastructure, approached us with a goal: refresh the brand to feel modern, engaging, and forward-looking, while still maintaining the professionalism and clarity that defines their industry presence.
While developing the new look and feel that struck the right balance between freshness and authority. To do this, I drew inspiration from Equinix’s hexagon motif—a core element of their existing logo—and used it as a foundational shape throughout the design system, creating visual cohesion and subtle brand recognition.
To soften the traditionally rigid tech aesthetic, we introduced a palette of smooth gradients and lighter tones, bringing warmth and a more human, approachable quality to the brand. The result was a system that felt structured yet dynamic, professional yet contemporary—elevating the visual identity while staying true to the brand’s values of trust, innovation, and connectivity.
This refreshed direction was applied across key digital touchpoints and internal assets, setting the stage for Equinix to lead with clarity and confidence in a rapidly evolving space.
